    Tim has been CEO of eagle eye since September 2016, joining as Chairman in January 2016. He has over 30 years’ experience within the grocery and retail industries, with a strong background in strategic marketing and customer loyalty. Previously, Tim was a managing director at Sun Capital Partners and Chairman of Bonmarché Holdings plc from 2013 to 2015. Prior to that he was Deputy CEO at Tesco from January 2010 to December 2012. He held a number of other roles within the Tesco Group between 1982 and 2012 including CMO for Tesco and CEO of Fresh & Easy.


    Julian is a highly experienced C-level executive with a track record of delivering tech-enabled, transformational change in multi-billion £ retail businesses. He is formerly CIO and Executive Director of Supply Chain & Transformation at House of Fraser, CTO of John Lewis and CTO of Sainsbury's. He is a regular guest speaker and lecturer on digital, eCommerce and supply chain optimisation; is a member of the GS1 UK Apparel Board, supporting market wide initiatives to drive data sharing and supply chain efficiency in retail; and advises various tech startups and high growth firms operating in the retail and supply chain markets. Julian campaigns for disability awareness in the workplace, acting as advisor to Business Disability International, and is on the fund raising board of Byte Night, an annual Action for Children event, targeting youth homelessness.


    Nicola is Chief Commercial Officer at InfoSum and a passionate advocate of collaborative marketing. She joined InfoSum from coalition loyalty company Aimia where she was VP of Global Product Strategy. Most of her career has been spent in the development of consumer-driven marketing. She was a founding director of Nectar and previously held senior roles developing Tesco Clubcard and Avios.


    As head of creative insights Nicola works across Retail Week's marketing solutions team Connect and the brand's live market intelligence tool Prospect, aimed at technology suppliers. In this role she helps drive Retail Week's creative digital content strategy across both teams.  Previously Nicola was content editor, leading Retail Week’s editorial output across digital and print. Nicola started at Retail Week in 2008 as a reporter before becoming news editor in 2011.
